This includes how to be vigilant in living in your current environment and avoiding hidden dangers, understand the check-ups, tests, and treatments your doctor recommends; and even giving you secret solutions to pregnancy problems like heartburn and swollen ankles.
I love that her book has a section packed full of interesting and helpful information for every stage of pregnancy. She breaks it down by each trimester and month of your pregnancy, and helps guide you along the nutrition and exercises you should be practicing.
The awesome part? She gives you tons of healthy tasty recipe ideas, and instructions with pictures to full and safe pregnancy workouts! I tried some and they made me feel great.
